Residents of Tellis Place become members of Tellis Place Management Company Ltd upon the purchase of a freehold property.

A legal covenant is signed and agreed upon when your solicitor completes the conveyancing. This refers to complying with the terms of Tellis Place Management Company Ltd.

The company's daily operations are currently overseen by two directors, both residents of Tellis Place. 
David Harrison (senior director) #11 Tellis Pl, and David Abel #12 Tellis Pl.

In June, the company holds its Annual General Meeting. Residents are invited to attend and take part in discussions.

Monthly Management Fee £75

We have 18 bungalows surrounded by communal gardens, xx trees, hedgerows, shrubs and xx miles of fencing. The estate, now mature, requires ongoing professional maintenance. The directors regularly liaise with the appointed gardening/maintenance company to ensure the estate always looks its best.
